Shipping Locations

We currently ship to customers in Canada, the United States, and selected countries across Europe.

If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us before placing your order to confirm whether we can ship to your location.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received.
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • Once your order has been processed, it will be prepared for shipment.

Shipping Method & Cost

We currently offer:

Standard Shipping – CA$10.00

Shipping is handled through Canada Post.

Estimated Delivery Time

After your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • Canada: 3–7 business days
  • United States: Delivery times vary depending on destination.
  • Europe: Delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary based on your location and carrier operations.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. If your selected shipping service includes tracking, a tracking number will be provided so you can monitor your shipment's progress.

Shipping Delays

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, Scope Drops is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs clearance, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

We appreciate your patience and understanding should unexpected delays occur.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only make changes before your order has been shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to modify the shipping address.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it:

  • Please check with household members, neighbors, or your local postal office first.
  • If you still cannot locate your package, contact us and we will gladly assist you in investigating the issue with the shipping carrier.

Please note that investigations may take several business days depending on the carrier.

Customs & Import Duties

For orders shipped outside Canada, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your country's regulations.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee.
