Changed your mind after receiving the original artwork? You have 3 days from the date you received it to let us know. 

You will receive a refund to your original payment method, less a 35% processing fee calculated on the total purchase amount, as the shipment was free at the time of purchase from our store.

For damaged items, please take a picture of the package before opening it to view the artwork, showing both the front and back of the package. Email these pictures to us at info@scopedrops.com only If the original artwork arrived damaged or was misrepresented in the sealed package, you can return it within three days from the date you received it for a full refund to your original payment method within 14–15 days of receiving it.

All refunds will be subject to the exchange rate at the time of processing, and funds will be remitted in USD.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@scopedrops.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right by taking a photo of the damage goods, then we'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment, you hereby agree that any returned orders due to the wrong shipping address or a failure to claim the shipment won’t be available for reshipping. 

We do not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.

Returned by Customer - We do not refund orders. Returns for products, such as face masks, as well as size exchanges. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds - We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

You can return your order within 10 days after purchase, undamaged and in its original packaging.

Returns are not free. Unfortunately, we're not able to offer a free return label.

Please note, returns generally take up to ten business days to be processed once we receive your order, and for your refund to be issued.
