Returns & Exchanges

We do not offer cash refunds on any purchases.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request an exchange for another product of equal value from our store.

  • If you choose a product with a higher price, you will only be required to pay the price difference.
  • If you choose a product with a lower price, the remaining balance is non-refundable and cannot be issued as store credit or cash.

Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags (if applicable) must be attached.
  • The exchange request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we'll work quickly to resolve the issue.
